MLS Coverage and Exposure

Commission Splits
We offer simplified competitive splits and caps without all the games. We take a different approach in this area. If your business is not performing the way you want it to, then it makes sense to seek out a lower commission split. However, it doesn’t solve the problem. Job Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Agent your daily responsibilities will generally include and expand past
Create business plans and strategies based off our success to grow your business.
Keep transactions and paperwork up to date and in compliance with local and state law.
Always stay in contact with your current customers, leads, potential floor calls, and referrals.
Work with home buyers and future home buyers in getting them ready for the home buying process and prequalified with a lender.
When convenient stay up to date on new marketing strategies, receive coaching, and training.
Coaching your clients through getting their home ready to be listed and on the real estate market.
Build your network by advertising your real estate business and services to your local sphere of influence and service area.
Work with your clients during the purchase or sale process. Deal quickly and fairly with all negotiations, paperwork, offers, and rejections.
Show qualified buyers homes they would like to purchase and schedule those showings.
Build a network of referral and professional partners.
